Registration for our 2025 tour begins September 16, 2024.

There are a limited number of seats available on the tour. Start the registration process early to ensure your spot is reserved!

The tour cost is $1700 per person for youth and $1800 per person for adults. Fees are due incrementally. See our fee schedule for details.

Once you have contacted Mitch to reserve your spot on the tour, download and send the following forms to [email protected]:

Pay Tour Deposit

Once your registration is confirmed, a $200 tour deposit is due immediately. See our fee schedule for details.

Airfare and Insurance

Your registration fees cover:

  • Motor coach
  • Hotels
  • Breakfast everyday
  • Most lunches (except for 3 days)
  • All dinner (except at airports)

You are responsible to arrange and pay for the following:

  • Airline tickets from home to Newark, NJ
    • Arrive by 6pm on the first day of the tour.
  • Airline tickets from Kansas City, MO to home.
    • Schedule your flight home anytime after 4pm on the last day of the tour.
  • Airport meals
  • Luggage fees
  • Airline insurance (optional but strongly recommended)*
  • Three lunches during the actual tour.

Registration Fee Schedule

After confirming your registration, a $200 per person deposit is due immediately.

Half the total cost of the registration is due March 1, 2025.

Full payment is due May 1, 2025.*

*Cancellations: Travel insurance helps recoup losses due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., sickness, severe weather, volcanic debris in the air, contagious disease, funerals, etc.) causing your or the tour’s cancellation. After June 1, no funds will be refunded due to traveler cancellation. Travel insurance is not offered by the tour but may be purchased at a number of online sites and provides the best protection for the investment you have made in your trip. Costs vary based on your choice of coverage and provide reimbursement for cancellation. A place to shop is InsureMyTrip.com, a website that offers rates from 16 travel insurers, including Access America, American Express, CSA, Lloyd’s, Travel Insured, Travelex, etc.
